State of the Workplace Wellness
Workplace wellness is at a turning point. Rising healthcare costs, evolving workforce expectations, and increasing pressure to demonstrate measurable outcomes are pushing employers to rethink their approach to wellbeing.
In this session, Erin Milliken, MPH, CHES and Julie Montgomery, MSN, FNP, will share insights from EPIC’s 2026 Trends in Workplace Wellness Report alongside perspectives from our data analytics partner, Innovu, to provide a clear view of how leading employers are evolving their strategies. Attendees will explore the shift from traditional wellness programs to more integrated, data-driven approaches that support both population health and financial performance.
The discussion will highlight key trends shaping the market, common challenges employers face when measuring impact, and how data and analytics can be leveraged to drive more effective decision-making. Innovu will provide insight into how organizations are using data to better understand their population, track outcomes, and refine their strategy over time.
This session is designed to move beyond theory and into application. Participants will walk through practical next steps to strengthen their current approach, improve engagement, and build a more cohesive, outcomes-focused wellbeing strategy aligned with broader organizational priorities.
